Atlas Infrastructure Partners
Atlas Infrastructure Partners is an operator‑led infrastructure investment and advisory platform focused on enabling the growth of energy and critical infrastructure across Latin America's mid‑market.
We are not a generalist fund, nor a standardized credit provider. Atlas designs bespoke capital solutions anchored in real assets, contracted revenues, and operational execution, bridging the structural financing gap that constrains otherwise viable businesses and projects.
Our work integrates structured credit, hybrid capital, project finance, and structured equity, always grounded in tangible asset backing, cash‑flow visibility, and downside discipline.
Atlas partners with companies at the point where capital deployment and execution converge, prioritizing capital preservation, sustainable growth, and long‑term value creation.
Our Mission
To maximize risk‑adjusted returns through deep sector specialization, disciplined investment strategy, and operator‑driven capital solutions. We support transformative infrastructure and energy platforms shaping Latin America's future.
We deliver hybrid capital and bespoke execution to asset operators, while providing investors with institutionally structured exposure to contracted, inflation-indexed, cash‑generating real assets in Latin America.

Hybrid Capital for Mid-Market Infrastructure
Atlas Infrastructure Partners offers a differentiated hybrid capital platform targeting Latin America's mid-market real assets, precisely the segment facing the region's largest structural financing gap.
Traditional infrastructure funds focus predominantly on large-cap assets. Private equity demands exit cycles and multiple expansion. Local bank financing typically offer short-term financing that mismatches long asset lives, and international banks predominantly focus on large blue-chip corporates in investment-grade jurisdictions.
The Result: As a result, mid-market operators with mission-critical but smaller-scale assets remain chronically underserved.
Atlas fills this white space with flexible, opportunistic hybrid solutions anchored in real assets that deliver:
- Yield, via predictable, inflation-indexed cash flows,
- Strong downside protection through essential-service characteristics and contractual visibility,
- Capital appreciation, and
- Disciplined, execution-driven exits.
We do not simply provide financing. We transform operational infrastructure investments into institutionally structured, cash-flow-visible assets that align operator execution with institutional capital.
Our Investment Strategy
Unlike traditional private equity or generic private credit, Atlas operates through a bespoke, operator‑led, hybrid capital strategy, built on three non‑negotiable pillars.
1. Deep Sector Knowledge
Atlas is not a generalist investor. We operate exclusively in sectors where we possess deep technical, operational, and strategic expertise across energy & power, core infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and energy transition.
We begin with the operational reality of each asset, understanding how cash is generated, where risk resides, and which contractual protections are effective. The asset always precedes the capital structure.
2. Absolute Priority on Cash Flow
Atlas prioritizes investments that generate inflation-indexed, contracted operating cash flows from the outset.
Returns are built on cash yield, contractual revenue visibility, and capital resilience—not on deferred value realization or multiple expansion.
Each investment is underwritten to be financially sound from day one.
3. Disciplined Opportunism on Exits
We pursue exits when conditions allow, but never at the cost of operational discipline or cash‑flow integrity.
At Atlas, value creation is driven by execution quality and contractual strength. Multiples are outcomes, not objectives.
Investment Focus
Atlas targets mid-market real assets where capital structure, execution capability, and contractual cash flows drive outcomes. We deploy flexible hybrid capital across four core sectors:

Energy & Power
Utility‑scale and distributed generation, midstream (compression, processing, export-enabling assets) and downstream, always with resilient offtake structures and / or providing essential services.
Sectors shown are illustrative and represent areas of investment focus. Actual investments depend on specific opportunities and market conditions.
USD Working Capital for Vaca Muerta Suppliers
You have dollar receivables from the operators, but financing yourself in dollars is difficult and expensive. Atlas advances working capital against those contracts — fast, in dollars, and with no currency mismatch. The credit rests on who pays you, not on the size of your balance sheet.
Backed by the payer
you qualify on the strength of the operator (YPF, Vista, PAE…), not on your net worth.
In dollars
no mismatch with your contracts or your dollarized costs.
Agile
fewer requirements and shorter timelines than traditional banks. From assignment of receivables to disbursement in a few days.
Renewable
a line that grows with your portfolio of contracts.
DIFFERENTIATOR: RECEIVABLES ON BLOCKCHAIN
Ours is not traditional factoring. Every assigned receivable is recorded and settled on blockchain (XRPL), which means:
- Full traceability from the operator to disbursement to the supplier.
- Real-time visibility of the receivables portfolio for the institutional investors behind the fund.
- Faster, auditable settlement, without paper-documentation friction.
For the supplier, the process is just as simple. For the investor, the difference is structural: every instrument is digital, verifiable, and immutable.
- Tier 1–2 service providers in Vaca Muerta.
- With active contracts with top-tier operators (YPF, Vista, PAE, Pampa, Tecpetrol).
- With dollar or dollar-linked receivables.
- With recurring working-capital needs.
Indicative terms, subject to credit assessment. This does not constitute a credit offer.
Independent Judgment, On Mandate
Atlas Advisory extends the same operator-led judgment and financial rigor we apply to our own investments to boards, sponsors, and operators facing high-stakes decisions on real assets in Latin America. Beyond principal capital: the same diligence we bring to underwriting our investments, available as a mandate.
- Operator judgment: decades of hands-on leadership across energy, infrastructure, and O&G services platforms in Latin America.
- Financial rigor: structuring, valuation, and project finance expertise applied with institutional discipline.
- Independence by design: fairness opinions are issued on a fixed-fee basis — never contingent — so independence is the product.

Diagnose
A focused first read on the situation: what's at stake, what's missing, what a credible answer requires.
Scope
A clear engagement defined around a specific deliverable, not an open-ended retainer.
Deliver
Independent, operator-grade work product: models, opinions, structures, or diligence findings boards and investors can act on.
Sustain
For clients who need it, an ongoing relationship as a trusted source of judgment on subsequent decisions.
Real Assets, Redefined for the Mid-Market
Atlas serves as a strategic bridge between institutional capital and Latin America's mid‑market infrastructure needs.
Our differentiation lies in aligning three dimensions rarely integrated by traditional funds:
- Operational execution,
- Contractual risk transformation, and
- Institutional capital structuring.
The result is infrastructure exposure with visible cash flows, strong downside protection,
and upside, grounded in how assets actually perform in Latin America.
